Much of my sales are in South Dayton, however I service the entire Miami Valley to include Miami County where I resided for 10 years.
As a real estate investor myself, buying and flipping many houses over the years has given me a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes in getting a home ready for the market. I choose the color schemes down to the hardware being used on cabinets and doors. There is no detail left for someone else to decide. Many clients will call me months in advance before selling to get my opinion on what to spend money on in getting their home ready to sell.
